Leonard R. Bezar is a founder and
Principal of Team Dynamics Associates, Inc. since 1993. He
retired from IBM in 1987 after 22 years in Business Planning,
Marketing and Systems Engineering. In 1974, he was a
management consultant assigned to the IBM Business Systems
Planning practice and was the leader of major planning studies
for New York City governmental agencies and Fortune 100
clients. Len holds a BS in E.E. and an MS in Engineering
Management from Drexel University where he currently is an
Associate Professor on the Goodwin College of Professional
Studies Faculty.
Frances M. Teti is a founder and
Principal of Team Dynamics Associates, Inc. since 1993. She
spent 30 years with IBM specializing in Executive Marketing,
Systems Engineering, and the management of both marketing and
technical support teams. She established three successful new
IBM business ventures. Her strengths in forming and energizing
cross functional teams have been recognized in both marketing
and planning efforts. Fran has extensive experience and
expertise in group facilitation and business planning. Fran is
a graduate of Rosemont
College.
